 | Something about his cute smile made me write. He responded with his phone number and the rest is now a part of our history. On August 15,we spoke on the phone from late that evening to the early hours of the next morning. We met that very same day, August 16, 2008 and have been together every day since. It truly was love at first sight. When I arrived to meet Nick at his home, he proceeded to lead me into his backyard, where he kissed me underneath an amazing weeping willow tree. He said he wanted our first meeting to be memorable...and it most certainly was. We got engaged under that very same tree. We saw no reason to put off the inevitable and were married on December 6. We are so much alike, and inseperable. Thanks Plenty of Fish for helping me meet the man of my dreams. |
 | My mother actually picked Josh out on the site and told me to contact him, so I did. It took him a few days to ever reply to I kind of wrote him off in my mind and a no-go. When he emailed finally he apologized and asked me out to dinner, so I gave him my number. When he called the next night we talked for over 3 hours and agreed to meet for dinner the next night. The next week he had to go out of town for work but we talked and texted several times a day everyday. About 2 weeks later I told him we would eventually get married. A month later we moved in together and less than 4 months after we orginally met, we were married. He was everything that I never realized was missing from my life. Thank you POF, you helped me find my soulmate! |
 | Well surprise surprise, we met on POF.!!! HE contacted ME, and I wasn't even going to reply because I did not think that we would have anything in common. But after a week just to be POLITE I e mailed him and then we connected via the instant messaging. The first time we chatted he made me laugh even though I was not actually talking directly to him. We talked for three weeks on the phone and then decided to meet for coffee. A week later " BINGO" that was it. And now we are living together, happy as Larry( whoever HE is. lol !!!  | well i first say ben's profile and was interested in him so i msg him. We started talking alot. we started dating december 18 and got engaged december 26. he is my true love.we are totally that love at first sight couple. i never really thought i would find the love of my life on a the internet ,but im so happy i did. hopefully we are getting married when he comes back from his deployment |
